Our Mission

North Shore Art Guild is designed to assist artists at all levels and within all disciplines. It is our goal to develop a strong visual arts presence while using our talent as a force to better our community. Our mission is to promote arts and advancement in all areas of artistic endeavors. The Guild encourages exposure and growth through exhibitions, workshops, demonstrations and helpful “critiquing” given by seasoned artists. We invite all artists whatever level or medium, to join, learn and grow with the North Shore Art Guild.

Our Story

The North Shore Art Guild was established in 1991 as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation by dedicated artists who endeavored to promote the arts and inspire the community. Through showcasing our seasoned artists and introducing our new and upcoming members to the community, our membership has grown to nearly 150 artists, all working in various mediums.

NSAG is funded through membership dues, exhibitions and sponsors who believe in fostering public interest in the arts. Our aim is to seek new venues and sponsors in an effort to develop, provide and maintain a professional visual arts presence. Together it’s a win-win situation for you, NSAG, and the entire community.
