Missing Mac Titmus

It is with deepest sadness to inform our NSAG members and friends of of our Guild that one of our leaders, Mac Titmus had passed away the morning of June 12th.

Our Deepest sympathy goes out to his family. Mac was a phenomenal artist and a dear friend who has helped lead our group with many creative endeavors.

He will be missed.

North Shore Art Guild’s Mission

North Shore Art Guild was established in 1991 as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation designed to assist artists at all levels and within all disciplines. It is our goal to develop a strong visual arts presence while using our talent as a force to better our community. Our mission is to promote arts and advancement in all areas of artistic endeavors. The Guild encourages exposure and growth through exhibitions, workshops, demonstrations and helpful “critiquing” given by seasoned artists. We invite all artists whatever level or medium, to join, learn and grow with the North Shore Art Guild.

Our Next Meeting will be July 1st at 7:00pm at the Rose Caracappa Center.

Pick up for “Colors Abound” and Drop off for "Shades" is Sunday, June 9th- 2:30-1:30 in the lobby of the Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook.

Inspiring Our Community

The North Shore Art Guild was established in 1991 by dedicated artists who endeavored to promote the arts and inspire the community. By showcasing our seasoned artists and introducing our new and upcoming members to the community, our membership has grown to nearly 150 artists, all working in various mediums.

Members’ Work

North Shore Art Guild is proud to partner with the Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook to bring you the Expressions Gallery. Located in the lobby of the hotel, the gallery brings our members’ work into the local community. Featuring new exhibits monthly, the gallery also donates a portion of sale proceeds to the Stony Brook Children’s Hospital.
